  • Ships From: Hong Kong

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and sale seasons)

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 weeks after shipping

  • Customs & Taxes:

    • Prices are tax-free in USD.

    • You may be required to pay local import duties and taxes upon arrival.

    • Block Buddies is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • After 12 hours, changes cannot be made, but you can return your order for a full refund once it’s received.

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items:
Please contact us if you receive merchandise that’s incorrect, missing, or defective. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and all relevant details. We’ll do our best to resolve your issue quickly.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request.

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.


⏱️ Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
